2. Personal data we process

When you use the contact form, we may process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, contact type, subject and message. Technical data necessary for the security and operation of the form may also be processed.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Personal data will be processed to answer enquiries, respond to information requests and manage communications related to the services offered. The legal basis will be consent where applicable and, where an enquiry concerns information or steps prior to a possible contract, taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request.

4. Recipients and service providers

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Formspree may be used as a technology provider and processor for contact-form submissions. Formspree states that its services are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States and that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR-regulated international transfers.

Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to protect forms against automated submissions. Turnstile processes technical signals needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic; Cloudflare provides specific information about this processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

5. International transfers

Where providers located or operating outside the European Economic Area are involved, international transfers may take place subject to the safeguards required by applicable law, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant.

6. Retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and manage any relationship arising from it and, afterwards, for any period reasonably required to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and you may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis. Requests may be sent to the email address stated in this policy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Fields marked as required in the contact form are necessary to process your enquiry. If they are not provided, we may be unable to respond properly.

9. Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects is planned on the basis of contact-form submissions.

Reasonable measures will be applied to protect personal data. The website may include links to or embedded content from third parties; those services may process data under their own privacy policies.
