An international, non-linear professional journey that today translates into support for individuals, professionals and organisations navigating change.
Change, learning and experience at the service of people.
A career shaped by adaptation
My academic background began in Law and Criminology, followed by several years practising as a criminal lawyer. From there, my career evolved across different sectors, responsibilities and countries, giving me a broad perspective on change and adaptation.
I have worked in Spain, Ireland, the United Kingdom and France in areas including law, branding, finance, banking and administrative, economic and commercial roles. This international experience helped me develop fluent English and French and gave me first-hand experience of uncertainty, transitions and continuous learning.
From lived change to professional coaching
In 2019 I began specialist training in personal and executive coaching, NLP, neuroscience, emotional intelligence and leadership. I obtained the ICF ACC credential in 2020 and have been an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) since 2021.
I have more than 600 hours of individual and group coaching practice, as well as experience delivering online and in-person training in personal development, professional development and digital skills.
Employability and professional development
I have also coordinated employment acceleration and employability programmes, supporting unemployed people to strengthen their professional profile, employability, goals and personal development. My own journey has also given me extensive experience of national and international job-search and career-transition processes.
Continuous learning
My professional development continues through emotional intelligence, NLP, leadership, communication, systemic wellbeing and team coaching.
Today my purpose is to help individuals and organisations understand where they are, recognise their resources and move towards goals that are meaningful to them.
