Coaching supports awareness, new perspectives and the translation of learning into your own decisions and actions.
A person-centred process focused on action.
What coaching is
Coaching is a professional partnership in which coach and client work together on agreed goals. It is not about telling you what to do; it creates a reflective space to broaden perspectives, identify resources and generate your own actions.
01 · Clarity
Understand the starting point, define objectives and identify what needs attention.
02 · Exploration
Explore resources, skills, patterns, beliefs, obstacles and alternatives that can broaden your perspective.
03 · Action
Turn learning into decisions, commitments and concrete steps, reviewing progress throughout the process.
What you can expect
A professional, respectful, confidential and structured space. Goals are agreed at the beginning and can be reviewed during the process. You always retain responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
What coaching does not replace
Coaching does not replace psychological or medical care when these are needed, nor medical, legal or financial advice. When a need falls outside the scope of coaching, the responsible step is to work with the appropriate professional.
Ethics and confidentiality
My practice is guided by professionalism, respect, confidentiality, integrity and the ICF Code of Ethics.
